Elegoo ASA-CF Carbon Fiber Sand, 1,75 mm / 1000 g

Elegoo ASA-CF is a carbon fibre-reinforced ASA filament for functional parts that need to withstand outdoor conditions while remaining dimensionally stable. It combines the well-known UV and weather resistance of ASA with the additional stiffness of carbon fibres, making it suitable for brackets, housings and components exposed to sunlight, rain and mechanical stress.

Like standard ASA, the CF version withstands sunlight, rain and changing temperatures without becoming brittle or visibly yellowing. The incorporated carbon fibres provide noticeably greater stiffness than standard ASA. Larger prints therefore retain their dimensions more reliably, are less prone to warping and can be produced with less fine-tuning.

With a heat deflection temperature of up to 108 °C, ASA-CF retains its shape and mechanical properties even in heat-exposed environments, such as engine bays, sun-exposed areas or near heat-generating components.

The textured, matt surface with a subtle sheen naturally helps disguise layer lines. Parts come off the print bed looking clean and refined without the need for extensive post-processing.
