Description
The Vallejo Mould Line Remover is a specialist hand tool with a stainless-steel blade and ergonomic handle for removing mould lines and flow marks from models. It is suitable for injection-moulded plastic parts, photo-etched components and metal miniatures, making it a useful addition to any modeller's toolkit.
Unlike a standard craft knife, the stainless-steel blade is designed to scrape away excess material in a controlled manner. This allows mould lines and flow marks to be smoothed without unnecessarily cutting into fine surface detail.
The tool can be used on conventional injection-moulded plastic parts, delicate photo-etched pieces and 28 mm metal miniatures commonly used for wargaming.
The ergonomic handle sits comfortably in the hand and supports precise, controlled movement, which is especially useful when working on models with numerous small components and mould lines.
