Awesome ASA
The best quality and most consistent ASA filament that I have found so far. Always get a great print when using this

ASA filament
Excellent consistent product. Prints very well. Gives a very smooth Matt finish. Pretty stable when printing, as long as you keep the part cooling fan set very low. Very happy.

Good For Price
Great filament if you want to substitute ABS. For me I dont like the smell of ABS, this filament has almost no smell. I print it in an enclosed printer and the warping is minimal. Previously printed on a Ender styled printer with a cardboard box ever it and there is also minimal warping, but only once the part has cooled. Great to print functional parts as well as it can be sanded/cut/filed with ease

Bad ASA...
I have used different brands of ASA. This is the worst filament I have tried. As compared to other brands it warps pretty much. I also use a lot of vapour smoothing. In one way or another vapour smoothing doesn't really work with this filament brand... I'll never buy this brand again.

Fillamentum ASA
A really good filament with a nice consistency.
This is the first ASA filament that I tried and its perfect.
my settings were 255 degrees nozzle, 100 degrees bed, 40 degrees chamber
Sticks really good to the build plate ( borosilicate glass and glue stick ),
I could easily separate supports and tap holes and insert bearingsWas this rating helpful? (10) (0)

ASA is new to me!
This is the first time I've used ASA on my printers and find it behaves much like ABS and needs temperatures set the same. Works well can warp and suffer layer bonding problems if printed without a temperature controlled enclosure. Good filament to use outside as it has a better resistance to UV than PLA.
