Phaetus Conch Hotend M4 for Qidi Q2, 0,2 mm

The Conch Hotend™ M4 by Phaetus is a highly efficient hotend developed specifically for the Qidi Tech Q2. It offers a flow rate of up to 33 mm³/s and temperature resistance up to 370°C.

The hotend is made from wear-resistant, durable materials and equipped with a replaceable EndCoat™ nozzle (2nd Gen) for heavily stressed industrial components. The precisely applied coating increases surface hardness and improves abrasion resistance in critical areas such as nozzle tips and heatbreak necks.

Technical features:

• The doubled heatsink surface enables significantly faster heat dissipation and reliably helps prevent material blockages.

• The seamless heatbreak with an inner bore roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2 µm ensures particularly smooth filament flow and reduces friction.

• Precision manufacturing with micrometre-level tolerances ensures a seamless connection between components and prevents leaks and blockages at the source.

• The removable nozzle design allows the nozzle to be changed in under 30 seconds without disassembling the hotend. Tip: Before first use, be sure to hot-tighten the nozzle at 250°C using the supplied spanner.

• The heatbreak, made from aerospace-grade titanium alloy with a proprietary anti-twist design, is engineered for 10 million load cycles and offers high impact and bending resistance, making it significantly more robust than conventional brittle ceramic heatbreaks.

► The Conch Hotend™ supports standard materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG and TPU, while also being suitable for printing composite materials used in industrial applications, such as CF, GF, steel, wood and similar materials.
