Elegoo TPU 72D Green, 1,75 mm / 1000 g

Elegoo TPU 72D is a flexible but significantly stiffer TPU filament with a Shore hardness of 72D. It sits between rigid plastics and conventional soft TPU, making it suitable for functional parts that require structural support while still retaining impact resistance.

With its higher Shore hardness of 72D, this TPU provides greater structural support than conventional softer TPU without losing its fundamental flexibility and shock absorption. Parts can flex, spring back into shape and absorb repeated loads while remaining considerably more dimensionally stable than classic soft TPU.

Elegoo TPU 72D can be printed at speeds of up to 250 mm/s, up to 25% faster than comparable high-speed TPU filaments. Compared with softer TPU 95A, TPU 72D feeds more steadily and can be extruded more precisely. Its greater stiffness makes it easier to handle in the extruder, helping to deliver more reliable and consistent printing across a wider range of FDM printers.

Good abrasion and chemical resistance make TPU 72D a practical choice for hard-wearing functional parts such as protective cases, door stops, seals and components that need to withstand repeated impacts and friction.
