Description

Refined design

Heat sink → The surface of the heat sink has been optimised for better heat dissipation.

Heatbreak → With a thickness of 0.1 mm, the heatbreak ensures perfect thermal insulation. A roughness value of Ra ⋜ 0.3 increases the filament flow inside.

Heater block → The copper alloy heater block heats up quickly and melts the filament in no time.

Wear-resistant nozzle & smooth extrusion

The polished inner walls of the copper nozzle ensure better extrusion, the outer silicone sleeve prevents heat loss.

Worry-free high-speed printing

While other hotends print at an approximate speed of 50mm/s, the Creality Spider hotend achieves print speeds of up to 250mm/s.

High-temperature printing

Thanks to its well-thought-out design and the material used for the hotend, temperatures of up to 500 °C can be reached. So you can not only print normal filaments like PLA, PETG etc. but also filaments that require higher temperatures like PC, Nylon and many more.

Easy installation & high compatibility

With screws and built-in joints, the Spider Hotend is easy to install on most Creality printers.
