Creality Falcon Flexible Fixture

The Creality Falcon Flexible Fixture is a versatile clamping system that securely holds irregularly shaped or specially contoured objects in place without time-consuming adjustment. Instead of aligning each workpiece individually, simply clamp it once and then start batch engraving without having to readjust between runs. This makes the Flexible Fixture an ideal add-on for anyone who regularly works on small batches, personalisation projects or batch orders.

Secure hold for challenging shapes

Whether it's stones, pendants, keyrings, coasters with irregular edges, wooden discs or other objects with unusual geometries, the flexible fixture adapts to the shape of the workpiece and holds it securely in position. The principle is designed to be simple: insert, press down, turn and you’re good to go. Even beginners can get started with the system straight away, without a long learning curve.

Efficient for batch processing

Once adjusted, several identical workpieces can be processed one after another without having to reposition each one individually. This saves time, reduces misprints and helps achieve consistently repeatable results.

Can be combined for larger workpieces

The Flexible Fixture has a modular design. Several units can be combined to support larger or longer workpieces securely. This allows the clamping system to be adapted to the project at hand and also makes it possible to fix oversized objects precisely in place.

Compatibility

The Creality Falcon Flexible Fixture is compatible with most laser engravers. Please note the height of the flexible clamping system. If the working height of your laser engraver is below this range, use a riser base or position the machine higher accordingly.
