Do they squeak a bit at the start, yes. What I did after experiencing that was to soak them in some PTFE lubricant overnight and that helped a lot. After a week or two make sure to check the contact with the rails just to make sure everything is still correctly connected. Then sit back and watch these little things glide like champions.
