Description
This bundle contains the Bondtech DDX V3 Direct Drive Extruder and the necessary adapter set for the Creality Ender / CR-10 (S) 3D printers.
Bondtech DDX V3 For Creality 3D printers
The Bondtech DDX V3 Direct Drive eXtruder for Creality 3D Printers is an upgrade kit that replaces the original Bowden extruder with a direct drive setup. It is a 1.75mm high-performance extruder with dual drive gear based on the BMG extruder.
The extruder gives the user more options in terms of processing different materials, higher flow rates and/or larger nozzles, thinner layers and achieving higher print quality.
Compatible with multiple hotends
This model is compatible with the original hotend of every Creality model.
However, users can also upgrade the hotend to Copperhead or Mosquito.

Yes an estep adjustment and a motor current adjustment is necessary. But you don't have to do this via the firmware. The esteps can be changed in the slicer and the motor current adjusted via the potentiometers on the mainboard.
