Description
The Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro Internal Hub Unit is the central switching and conveyor module within the system. It is located at the rear of the AMS 2 Pro and combines several high-precision components: four Hall sensors, a magnetic rotary encoder and a powerful motor. Together, they enable reliable, automatic material selection and stable filament transport.
The hub unit merges the four individual filament channels into a common output. As soon as a specific filament is selected, the Hall Sensor precisely recognises the position of the material. The brushless motor is then activated, providing additional feed force and ensuring safe and even transport from the AMS 2 Pro to the printer.
