Description
User-friendly and easy to print, PLA is one of the most popular filaments on the market. With its PLA and a refined recipe, Snapmaker takes the special PLA properties that are so appreciated by users to a new level. The new PLA is made from fermented plant starch from corn kernels and is therefore biodegradable. As a result, the material is also RoHS-compliant, so safe for you, your surroundings and of course the environment.
The Glow in the Dark PLA creates a beautiful glow-in-the-dark effect after absorbing light. In addition to high expectations and a high fun factor, the material also brings to light very good properties such as incredible strength and dimensional stability. Therefore it can be used for a wide range of applications such as prototypes, miniatures or home decoration. With an accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm, precise work with complex details can also be carried out with the PLA.
The optimised formulation improves the mechanical properties of this PLA, making the material stronger and more resistant to cracking. The formation of bubbles or any blockages in the nozzles are also effectively prevented with this premium material. Warping is also reduced to a minimum here.
