Replacing the Prusa Mini heatbreak with a Copperhead one improves the performance of your 3D printer! The Slice Engineering bimetallic heatbreak made for the Prusa Mini is made of stainless steel with a copper alloy. It minimises and eliminates heat creep problems on any material!
The precisely adjusted length of the included PTFE tube prevents blockages between the tube and the heatbreak.

Bought this as an outright upgrade during the kit build so can't speak to how it performs versus the original Prusa part. I have had no issues with this one and only did the upgrade based on previous users' reviews. So far, so good. Upgrade experience was seamless as this is a drop-in part with thermal paste supplied so absolutely no complaints.
