The Rotary Blade by Silhouette is a useful cutting tool that has been specially developed for precise cuts on textiles (cotton, wool, felt) and leather. Instead of pulling, the blade rotates while cutting, and results in clean, smooth edges without fraying.

No special mat is required to use this tool.
