Together, they let you print faster, more reliably, and with more creative freedom - whether you're producing vibrant multi-material designs, rugged prototypes, or high-tech parts built for continuous use.
► Q2 FDM 3D Printer
More space, more possibilities
With a generous 270 x 270 x 256 mm build volume, the Q2 prints up to 30% larger. Whether it’s a big project or a detailed masterpiece, the Q2 offers limitless freedom for your creative ideas.
Precision-engineered powerhouse
- 1.5GT specialist belts for greater motion accuracy and reduced vibration artefacts,
- Linear guide rails for long-lasting performance and precision,
- CoreXY full-metal frame for stability and reliability, even at rapid speeds (thanks to TMC2240 Silent Drivers).
Fast, faster, QIDI Q2
- Maximum speed: 600 mm/s
- Maximum acceleration: 20,000 mm/s²
Nozzle as levelling sensor
The print head itself acts as the sensor - no extra probes, no tolerances, no guesswork. The Q2 probes the bed through direct contact, ensuring a perfect first layer every time.
Challenging materials? No problem!
- Actively heated chamber up to 65 °C – ideal for high-temp filaments such as ABS, PC, ABS-GF and more. Warm airflow improves layer adhesion and reduces warping.
- New hotend system up to 370 °C – ceramic heating block, optimised cooling, and a bimetal hardened steel nozzle ensure reduced clogs and extended durability.
More features:
- Open-source Klipper firmware onboard,
- QIDI Studio + mobile app for added flexibility,
- WiFi support 2.4 GHz ,
- Integrated HD camera for livestreaming and timelapses,
- High-temp-resistant motors for extreme performance,
- 3-in-1 air filtration removes 99.5% of particles,
- Multi-sensor closed-loop thermal control system,
- Fire-resistant chamber materials for extra safety,
- Supports multi-colour printing with up to 16 colours.
► QIDI Box
Up to 16 colours
The QIDI Box adds colour and capacity to your setup. Connect up to four boxes for 16 filament channels in one seamless system.
Dual-Gear Power
Thanks to a hardened steel dual-gear extrusion system, the QIDI Box handles tough materials with ease – including carbon and glass-fibre-reinforced composites.
Support structures? Of course!
Whether breakaway or water-soluble, the QIDI Box lets you print clean, easy-to-remove support structures. For clean prints without fiddly post-processing.
Efficient drying while printing
The box maintains your filament at 65 °C throughout the print, ensuring reduced stringing and improved precision.
Seamless spool switching
When a spool runs empty, the system switches to the next automatically. That means uninterrupted printing and less wasted material.
Smart filament detection via NFC
Just load and go – the box automatically recognises QIDI filaments and adjusts the print settings accordingly.
Safety built in
Equipped with a PTC fuse and dual temperature sensors, the QIDI Box monitors all activity in real time and powers down automatically if anomalies are detected.
Additional features:
- Real-time humidity monitoring,
- Automatic filament clog detection,
- Airtight storage to prevent moisture absorption,
- Modular design for quick spool changes.
► Compatible spool specs:
- Filament diameter: 1.75 mm
- Width: 50–72 mm

First impression after setup
This is the second Qidi printer in my workshop. The printer itself is not really aesy to setup with allaccesories but still not a rocket science :) There are plenty usefule video is on Qidi's wikipedia page. The test print came out perfectly. Multicolor also wirking fine. The only disadvantage is the really low light level inside the printer. I plan to make an improvement lighting upgrade from Printables to short out the problem. So far it looks good decision to buy the printer so I recomend it.
