Prusa CORE One+ to CORE One+ (Gen 2) Upgrade Kit

The Prusa CORE One+ to CORE One+ (Gen 2) Upgrade Kit brings an existing Original Prusa CORE One or CORE One+ up to the current Gen 2 hardware standard. The kit includes three focused upgrades: a redesigned heated bed mount, new GT1.5 belts and an integrated nozzle wiper. Together, they help reduce waiting times before printing and produce cleaner, more consistent print results.

Ready to print sooner thanks to the new heated bed mount

The redesigned expansion joints in the heated bed mount reduce the time the printer needs to heat up and settle to a flat bed surface. The time saving is especially noticeable when running several shorter print jobs in succession.

More precise motion with new belts

The GT1.5 belts and matching pulleys improve the precision and smoothness of the toolhead movement. Fine, repeating patterns on smooth surfaces are therefore much less noticeable.

Clean nozzle, cleaner print start

The integrated nozzle wiper automatically cleans the nozzle before each print, helping ensure a more reliable and cleaner start. This is particularly useful when changing filament frequently.

Self-installation, firmware updates available free of charge

The upgrade is designed as a hardware-only kit and can be installed using the included replacement rivets. All firmware improvements developed over the lifetime of the CORE One are already available as free updates and are not included as part of this kit.
