Description

The Micro Swiss FlowTech™ Hyper-CHT™ Nozzle is a high-flow nozzle for the FlowTech hotend system. Thanks to its six-chamber internal geometry, it delivers significantly higher melting performance than conventional standard nozzles.

At the heart of the Hyper-CHT Nozzle is a six-chamber internal structure that increases the effective heating surface from 110 mm² in a standard nozzle to 250 mm². The enlarged contact area between the melt channel and the filament allows the material to be melted faster and more evenly, forming the basis for the higher flow performance. As a result, the volumetric flow rate increases by up to 95% compared with a standard nozzle. In practical use, this means noticeably shorter print times with comparable layer settings.

The nozzle tip is hardened to 68 HRC and electroless nickel-plated. In addition, a Nano-WS2 coating with a coefficient of friction of 0.035 helps reduce the adhesion of molten residue. This also makes the nozzle suitable for abrasive filaments such as carbon or glass fibre-reinforced materials.

► Tip: The Hyper-CHT Nozzle is compatible with all Micro Swiss FlowTech hotends. It is not suitable for standard hotends without a FlowTech conversion.
