Description
HG Power Glue Weld Gel including Booster is a high-performance adhesive system designed for fast and permanent repairs. The combination of high-viscosity gel and a curing accelerator ensures precise application and lightning-fast adhesion, making it suitable for demanding applications in everyday life, trade, or hobby sectors.
The weld gel features a honey-like consistency, which prevents it from running and allows for targeted application even on vertical surfaces or larger gaps. This ensures clean repairs without dripping or slipping. In combination with the included booster, the curing process is extremely accelerated, resulting in a stable bond after just a short time. For maximum strength, however, the adhesive should be allowed to cure fully for approximately 24 hours.
The weld gel is resistant to heat, cold, and moisture, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. When stored correctly, it remains ready for use over the long term without drying out or clumping. Once cured, the adhesive is transparent, ensuring visually clean results. It is compatible with a wide range of materials, including plastics, metal, glass, wood, rubber, and porcelain.
Simple application: Before use, the surface to be treated must be dry, clean, and free of grease. The booster is applied to one side of the break, and the gel to the other. Apply only enough to create a thin film. Once joined, a strong bond is formed immediately. The fine dispensing tip allows for precise work, even in small areas. Allow the adhesive to dry completely before subjecting it to any load.
| Attention! The adhesive is not suitable for masonry, fabrics, cardboard, or denim. For plastics such as PE, PP, or silicone, the HG Primer is additionally required as a bonding agent. |
