Description

eSUN PEBA is a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer material based on a block structure of rigid polyamide segments and flexible polyether components. This combination gives the material an impressive blend of mechanical strength, high resilience, cold flexibility, and abrasion resistance.

As a 3D printing filament, PEBA excels with stable and reliable processing, uniform diameters, and superb melt viscosity that reduces clogging. Compared to TPU, PEBA is lighter, more elastic, faster to print, and offers greater temperature tolerance. This sets a new benchmark in the field of high-performance flexible materials.
