Creality Falcon Air Compress Assist AC2

The Creality Falcon Air Compress Assist AC2 is a powerful air assist system developed specifically for use with Creality Falcon laser engravers. The device delivers a constant, stable airflow directly to the laser focus, helping to achieve cleaner cuts, finer engravings and a significantly longer service life for your laser optics.

Cleaner cuts and engravings

Laser processing produces smoke, dust and fine particles that can settle not only on the workpiece, but also on the laser lens. The AC2 Air Compress Assist blows these particles away directly at the point of origin, keeping the cutting edge clear. The result: smoother edges, less burn residue and a visibly cleaner finish.

Protection for your laser lens

One benefit that should not be underestimated: without air assist, smoke particles and condensate can build up on the laser lens over time. This reduces laser performance and can cause long-term damage to the lens. The stable airflow of the AC2 keeps the lens free from deposits.

Continuously adjustable airflow

The integrated rotary control allows the airflow to be adjusted continuously to suit the material and process. Fine engravings on delicate paper require less airflow, while thick wood or acrylic benefits from a higher air volume when cutting. This allows you to fine-tune the settings precisely for your project and get the most out of your laser engraver.

Smart control – manual or automatic

The AC2 can be controlled manually using the rotary control or, with compatible devices such as the Falcon A1 Pro, automatically via the software. This allows air assist to be switched on for cutting, for example, and automatically deactivated for engraving.

Quiet, low-maintenance operation

Despite its high performance, the AC2 operates pleasantly quietly. Vibration-damping feet further reduce noise, making the device easy to use in home studios, workshops or smaller workspaces. Its robust construction and durable connections ensure reliable continuous operation.

Easy installation

The AC2 can be connected to compatible Falcon laser engravers without tools or modifications. Silicone hose, power cable and connection cable are included in delivery.
