The ChituSystems Hoopat Quick Release Resin Vat makes changing the film on your resin 3D printer faster, safer and much more convenient. Instead of laboriously loosening screws and realigning everything, the release film can be replaced in just 30 seconds: completely tool-free and without the risk of uneven tension.

Screwless quick-change system: Thanks to the snap-on design, there is no need to loosen and tighten individual screws. Simply insert the film, clip the frame into place and you are done. A complete film change takes only around 30 seconds and can be carried out reliably, even when time is short.

Even tension for excellent print results: Uneven film tension is one of the most common causes of print defects, poor layer adhesion and premature film wear. The Hoopat vat applies even pressure to the release film on all sides. The result is a consistently taut film surface and significantly higher print success rates.

Improved sealing ring: An integrated sealing ring provides a reliable seal and noticeably reduces the risk of resin leaks. This makes working with resin not only cleaner, but also safer.

All-metal construction: The vat features a corrosion-resistant all-metal construction that remains dimensionally stable even under intensive use. Warping, deformation and material fatigue are not an issue, even after long periods of use. A clear advantage over low-cost alternatives made from plastic or mixed aluminium constructions.

• Prepare the film: Have the appropriate Hoopat release film ready, remove the protective film and align the hole positions with the aluminium frame.
• Insert the film: Position the film neatly on the frame. All holes must be fully aligned.
