BondTech LGX Shortcut Copperhead Hotend

Designed for more flexibility

The LGX Shortcut Copperhead Hotend (formerly LGX For Flexibles Set) is a special hotend for use with the LGX Extruder. With the LGX extruder, it forms a printhead that excels at printing most materials and especially soft and flexible filaments.

Flexibly designed

The LGX Shortcut Copperhead Hotend includes a reversible heat sink that can be mounted on the left or right side of the cooling block. The heatsink also includes the hole pattern for mounting 40 x 40 mm fans.

Heatbreak cooling

Bondtech's tests indicate that a 4010 fan is sufficient to cool the cooling block and the cold zone of the heatbreak, even with a small contact area with the heatsink.

If you have an application where additional cooling is needed, try a 4020 fan or 2 LGX heatsinks, one on each side.

The LGX Shortcut Copperhead Hotend is NOT compatible with 3DSolex 1.75 mm nozzles.

Compatible nozzles

The hotblock included in this product is compatible with the RepRap nozzle standard. Here is a list of the compatible versions.

• Bondtech brass nozzle
• Bondtech coated brass nozzle
• Slice Engineering copper nozzle
• Slice Engineering vanadium steel nozzle (for abrasive filaments).
