BondTech Extruder Upgrade Kit for Wanhao D6

The Bondtech Upgrade Kit for Wanhao Duplicator 6.

This kit provides a high-performance filament delivery system with the ability to print faster with improved quality. With the adjustable knurled screw you can fine tune the force acting on the filament.
The body parts are professional SLS printed in polyamide for maximum strength and precision.

The original motor is used and the PTFE feed tube is securely held in place with an industrial 4mm push-fit plug.

Installed in about half an hour with standard tools.

The E-Steps must be updated to 415 and the maximum movement reduced to 190 mm in the Y-direction. A new firmware is available for download and the necessary changes have been implemented.

In some printers, the printhead has difficulty reaching the end stop before the front of the extruder collides with the frame. To correct this, an O-ring is provided that slides over the X-shaft, activating the end stop sooner. See the manual for instructions.
