Description
With the BIQU Panda Breath, you can take the temperature, air quality, and material conditioning of your 3D printer to a whole new level! This system combines active chamber heating, intelligent control, and powerful air filtration into one compact unit—ideal for demanding materials and clean printing environments.
Active Chamber Heating to Combat Warping
The integrated 300 W PTC heater warms the build chamber quickly and evenly. This significantly reduces warping and cracking while improving layer adhesion, especially with technical filaments such as ABS, ASA, PC, or PA. At the same time, you'll benefit from a reliable, clean first layer even when using standard materials.
Intelligent Automatic Operation
Panda Breath permanently monitors the heatbed temperature and controls both heating and air filtration fully automatically. Simply define your desired temperature thresholds via the web interface - and the system handles the rest. No manual switching or constant readjustment required.
Heating and Filtration in Perfect Sync
As soon as the heatbed reaches your preset temperature, Panda Breath starts automatically. The chamber is heated, and air purification is activated precisely when it is needed most.
Active Air Purification for a Clean Environment
The two-stage filtration system, consisting of a HEPA filter and activated carbon, draws air directly from the chamber, reliably filtering out fine dust and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) before releasing purified, warmed air back in. The result: significantly fewer odours and a noticeably more pleasant room climate.
Integrated Filament Drying
Panda Breath is more than just a chamber heater; it also functions as a filament dryer. When your printer is in standby, you can easily switch to drying mode to remove moisture from your filament without the need for additional devices or extra space.
Safe for Continuous Operation
Multi-stage hardware and software protection mechanisms reliably prevent overheating. The system has been intensively tested on various printer models and consistently maintains the chamber temperature within safe limits.
Robust Construction
The fully grounded metal housing with a heat-resistant powder coating ensures stability, durability, and a clean, industrial look. It is built for long-term, heavy-duty use.
Wireless Control via Web Interface
Control all functions conveniently and wirelessly: set temperature limits, activate heating, or turn on drying mode. Regular firmware updates ensure that your Panda Breath will continue to receive new features in the future.
Wide Compatibility
Panda Breath is fully compatible with the P1S, P1P, and X1C. In combination with the Panda Shelter, the system can also be used with the A1.

Lack of Firmware Updates lets this product down
long story short - installed in Bambu X1C - and temps improved to around 52C at best. Traced down the issue which is multiple.
1. Hot air comes at the bottom , and since you can't keep aux fan on for air circulation, it means that top of bed area which is most important, has a 5-6C difference. On github one of them most requested firmware update feature is Temperature calibration and BIQU hasn't had an update in Months!
2. For the adventurous out there, DragonBreath firmware allows for temperature calibration - in my case, I had to set the internal sensor of this panda breath at 67C in order for my X1C to settle at 60C chamber temp.
In standard configuration - i can see why some users report zero to no benefits in printing ABS because all it does it's heating the bottom of the printer instead of the full print volume.
